Online stores & payments.
You already sell something. This is about letting people pay for it without calling first. The shop that wants its shelf online, the clinic selling treatment packages, the contractor who'd rather take a deposit than chase one — the business exists. The store is the missing piece.
We build the store and wire the money. A Shopify store, or a storefront on the site you already have — with a checkout that works, payments landing in your account through Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments, and numbers that tell you what sold.
Where it sits in the engine.
A store fuses two of the four components into one surface: the place to land and decide — the product page — and the clear way to say yes — the checkout. When a store looks fine but sells nothing, it's broken in one of exactly those two places.
On its own, that's only half a store. Without a way to be found, nobody walks in; without a way to see what's working, you can't tell which products carry the shop and which just take up shelf. We wire the measurement in from day one, so the other half can be built on real numbers.
The four components are laid out in what we build.
What's included.
Store build
A Shopify store or a custom storefront on your existing site — catalog, collections, and the pages around them.
Product pages
Copy and design for the products themselves — each page written and arranged around one decision: buy this.
Checkout and payments
Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments — configured, tested end to end, and depositing into your account.
Shipping and tax setup
Rates, zones, and sales tax configured correctly the first time. The part everyone underestimates.
Order notifications
Every order reaches your inbox or back office the moment it happens, and the customer gets a confirmation worth reading.
Revenue tracking in GA4
Every sale recorded against the traffic that produced it — which products, which sources, what revenue — so the store reports on itself.
Launch and handoff
Live on your domain, with a walkthrough of adding products, changing prices, and reading the orders.
Shopify, or a store on the site you already have.
This is the first decision, and it shapes everything after it.
Shopify fits when the store is a real operation: dozens of products, inventory to track, shipping labels to print, staff who need to manage orders without calling anyone. Its back office — inventory, discounts, returns, staff accounts — is why it wins here. You pay a monthly fee and get a system your team can run.
A custom storefront fits when you sell a handful of things and already have a site worth keeping — the clinic with three packages, the contractor taking deposits. Stripe or PayPal checkout wired onto pages you already own: no second platform to log into, no monthly fee for shelf space you don't use.
We build both, and we'll tell you which one fits on the first call.
What it costs.
This work is quoted per project. Three dials shape the number — quality, speed, and size. You tell us where each one sits; we tell you what fits. The full picture is in how we price.
If what you need is the whole path — found, landing, saying yes, measured — that's your first Customer Engine, one engagement starting at $10,000.
Questions we hear.
We're an online-only brand. Is this for us?
Probably not. If selling online is the whole business — a DTC brand shipping nationwide, living on ad spend and repeat purchase — that's a different playbook with its own specialists. We build stores for established local businesses adding online sales to something that already works: the shop, the clinic, the contractor.
Can we keep our existing site?
Usually, yes. A custom storefront builds directly onto it. A Shopify store can live under your domain and match the site you have, linked from it rather than replacing it. Starting over is the last resort, not the default.
Who handles fulfillment?
You do. We build the system that takes the order, moves the money, and tells you immediately — packing the box, booking the appointment, showing up to pour the concrete is your side. The notifications exist so nothing slips between the two.
What about changes after launch?
Day-to-day changes — new products, prices, photos — are yours after the handoff walkthrough; the store is built so you don't need us for those. Design and build changes beyond that are quoted like any other project, and once the revenue numbers start coming in, most owners have a short list.
Let's talk.
A short, three-step form. We reply within two business days. Your first Customer Engine starts at $10,000; everything else is quoted per project.
