We bring your business to the people who need it.

We design and build the digital things that grow a company.
The brand, the page someone lands on, the way they got there, what they do next, and the numbers that tell you what's working.

The kind of thing we ship.

Pages, checkouts, dashboards, campaigns — pinned up the way we review them: as one body of work.

Illustrative builds — every engagement starts from zero, designed for the business it belongs to.

To do this, we build you an engine.

The engine is the complete path from the moment someone first sees you to the action that grows the business — where they meet you, where they land, how they say yes — and the loop that feeds what we measure back into the work, so the whole thing gets better the longer it runs.

At minimum, the engine is built from four components:

A way to be found

Every engine needs a front door. We figure out where your audience already is — and represent your business there, in the places that fit how they pay attention.

e.g. a billboard on a busy road, a paid search result, a podcast ad, or an organic post that shows up in someone's feed.

Paid ads management

A place to land and decide

The page between someone clicking and someone deciding. It's the part of the path you fully control — where attention turns into intent.

e.g. a dedicated landing page, a product page on your site, a campaign microsite, or an interactive demo built around a single offer.

Web design & landing pages

A clear way to say yes

The moment of decision. What we want the visitor to do, and how they tell us — built so that saying yes is the easiest thing on the page.

e.g. filling out a contact form, booking a call on the calendar, completing a checkout, or starting a free trial.

Ships inside every page we build

A way to see what's working

What's working, what isn't, where to push — the numbers are how we know what to improve next.

e.g. a Google Analytics dashboard, a Mixpanel report, a weekly email, or a Looker board the whole team checks on Monday.

Analytics & measurement

The whole engine — all four components, working as one — is a single engagement: your first Customer Engine, live in twenty-one days, starting at $10,000.

The Customer Engine

We are a two-person sister and brother studio.

Emily (sister), in Portland, Maine; and Mike (brother), in Salt Lake City, UT — working together remotely.

Emily Heggie

Emily Heggie Creative

Design lead, with a founder's perspective and a maker's hand. Page design and brand in Figma, then conversion optimization once it's live — she owns how the work looks and how it converts.

Builds with a designer's eye, a marketer's voice, and an engineer's discipline. Strategy, development, and the measurement layer under every engine — plus the calls where the work gets scoped.

Here's how we work.

Small studio, full ownership.

You get the two of us — no project managers, no handoffs between agencies, no waiting on a vendor to get back to a vendor. We design the brand, build the thing, wire the analytics, and stay close while the numbers come in.

Discovery, planning, and build — the long middle.

Most of the work happens between kickoff and launch. We listen first, plan second, build third — reading the work back to you at every stage until the shape of it is right.

  • Discovery. Sitting with the business, the market, and the customer. What actually matters, and to whom.
  • Planning. Sketching, prototyping, scoping. Turning what we've learned into a plan that fits the budget and the timeline.
  • Design and build. Making the thing. Brand, page, infrastructure, analytics — wired together so each piece feeds the next.
  • Reading the work back. Showing you each stage, adjusting until the shape is right. Questions show up at every step.

Launch is the beginning, not the end.

As the business grows and the world around it changes, the work changes with it. We stay close — tuning what's live, watching what's working, building the next piece when it's time.

Here's how we price.

Your budget is your budget. We'll work with you to design a complete solution that fits both your budget and your timeline.

The flagship — your first Customer Engine — starts at $10,000. That's all four components in what we build, as one build. Standalone service work is quoted per project.

Either way, three dials shape the number:

  1. Quality

    How refined the craft.
The level of finish, the care in the details, the iterations we run before we ship.

  2. Speed

    How soon it ships.
A tighter timeline trades surface area for momentum — slower trades momentum for depth.

  3. Size

    How much the work covers.
One landing page, or a brand and three engines and a year of optimization.

You tell us where each one sits. We tell you what fits.

Let's talk.
